Birding in Lynnfield: Walk the Lynnfield Marshes!

Saturday, June 157:45—10:00 AMMain LibraryLynnfield Public Library18 Summer St, Lynnfield, MA, 01940

Join Lynnfield Resident Gene Ellison for a bird walk in the Lynnfield Marshes!  Learn about the cool birds we have here in town, where to find them, and how to be a more active birder!   This walk will meet in front of the Lynnfield Library at 7:45 AM.  Gene will then lead a carpool to the first birding location in the Lynnfield Marshes.

Did you know that The Lynnfield Marsh is home to the largest nesting population of Rusty Blackbirds? In addition, the town of Lynnfield's diverse habitat attracts many different species; species that need specific habitat for food, shelter and nesting. We have a great birding community here and these 2 programs will be an introduction to how to enjoy these beautiful birds.   Sign up for the first portion of this program as well, and listen to Gene present about the birds of Lynnfield on Thursday, June 13, at 6 PM on the Lynnfield Library Mezzanine.
