Yoga: All Levels Flow

This is a 60 minute All Levels Flow yoga class that matches breath with movement to bring peace of mind while simultaneously building core strength and stability. A yoga mat, yoga blocks and a water bottle are recommended.

Register with a valid email at least an hour prior to class start time to receive the link to join the class. You will receive an email with login information a half hour before the class begins.
