Yoga: All Levels Flow

This is a 60 minute All Levels Flow yoga class that incorporates light hand weights into various parts of the routine to help build muscle and core strength. Optional 3-5lb weights, yoga mat and yoga blocks are recommended, along with a water bottle.

Register with a valid email at least an hour prior to class start time to receive the link to join the class. You will receive an email with login information a half hour before the class begins.
